When Yevgeni wanted to clear himself and 'SAID' out of Puerto Natales, near Torres del Paine National Park, the Chilean Navy declared his trip the equivalent of the US Coast Guards ' manifestly unsafe voyage ' and wouldn't let him leave. Instead they bought him and his boat passage on a steamer north to Puerto Montt, well past the notorious Golfo de Penas. They didn't have to dig too deep into their pockets though.

Next day it have declared in news, and it is a lot of to people from Punta Arenas were threw off and have supplied it(him) with everything, that it is necessary. So eventually it(he) has gone to Puerto Montt.
In city newspapers there were about it(him) some big clauses(articles), shall have a look at home - can, any else is whole, but success I do not guarantee.
