The goal of this dish is to infuse noodles with flavors from bullion broth and spices.
  • Cook spaghetti or other noodles (recipe is for two persons)
  • Drain, rinse with cool water, let soak in cool water

    Simmer until tender:

  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup sliced cabbage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed and diced cloves garlic

    Add the following broth sauce to vegetables when they are tender:

  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • dissolve a some bullion in it (half teaspoon or small cube)
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

    Simmer for a few minutes.

    Drain noodles

    Increase heat, when broth sauce is hot and boiling, add noodles

    Stir to mix thoroughly

    Add some soy sauce to taste

    Serve hot. This dish is good with a sauteed vegetable.
