Put Wort Chiller in Pot at 20 Minutes
Put the wort chiller into the boiling pot to sterilize it, about 20 minutes to the end of the boil. The wort chiller will slow down the boiling for a few minutes, no problem. Just put it in the pot and make sure you have a bowl or something to catch extremely hot drips of water from the inlet and outlet of the wort chiller. Don't turn on the water supply to the wort chiller yet!
