The result of mashing 10lbs of pilsner malt. This is about 6 gallons.

Color of the wort before boiling:

The gravity was 1.050 before the boil started. It should be a nice, straw colored pilsner with a relatively high gravity. I believe that this one came out to 1.055 after the boil, or about 5% alcohol.
