10 lbs of pilsner grain in mash tun

Getting ready to pour 128F water into the mash tun

3-1/2 Gallons of water plus 10 lbs grain in mash tun

The resulting temperature of the mash was 125F. I started the timer at this point. Rested 20 minutes.

Rest 20 minutes.

Next time strike with 132F water.
